I believe in treating the whole person and not just mental health symptoms.  I operate a private practice located in Great Falls, Montana.

Guiding Philosophy

I believe that all people hold within themselves the strength and knowledge to make changes in their lives and find healing.  I believe my job is to help my clients find that strength and knowledge within themselves and to develop the skills to use them.  My therapeutic orientation is primarily experiential and systemic. However, I am somewhat eclectic. I have spent my professional life learning and searching out different theories of therapy so I can tailor each counseling experience to the needs of the individuals I am working with. Because of this individual approach at times I utilize, among others, Cognitive-Behavioral, Person-Centered, and Psychodynamic techniques from that systemic and experiential framework.  If you have further questions about my therapeutic orientation or style, please feel free to contact me directly.
